Surf Canada’s volunteer Board’s value is its credibility with the Canadian surf community; performing with the upmost of integrity, passion, dedication, determination, resourcefulness, and with a complete belief in the cause. Your motivation is virtuous, selfless, with a dedication to surfing.
Individual candidates for ‘Class A’ membership must be independent, impartial, and in order to maintain cultural integrity and relevancy, ideally have meaningful and consistent contributions to the sport of surfing in Canada. Priority to those that provide evidence of longstanding, and proven record of altruistic and positive value to the sport, community, and culture of surf. No vested/conflict of interest – personal, family, business or otherwise.
